Speak

Preface: This is a prose written for my cohort. There are a few inside jokes and hints, but I thought I’d put it up anyway.

Speak

Speak to them

You, you are inspiring, women and men that have spoken to my soul.

You have touched my life, you have risen above circumstance and challenges and stared the impossible in the face. You have illustrated that there are people in this world that share my hopes, my dreams, my drive, and my will.

Through our struggles, through our accomplishments, we have only come to the beginning. But here at the beginning we’ve come unafraid to fall, to show our fatigue, to listen, and to learn.

Speaking as a cohort member, a friend, and a fan,

Thank You.
